My Approach
I am passionate about supporting people make positive changes in their lives. This is what I believe the essence of my clinical career is all about. In order to achieve this it is essential that we develop an equal and collaborative partnership. I am here to support you in a non-judgemental and compassionate manner, thus enabling you to move closer towards the life you want to lead.

Having gone through some life stressors myself I am bringing my own personal experience and practice to the table. I continue to have a (almost!) daily meditation and yoga practice as well as practicing mindfulness during my daily life. Living true to your values isn't something you do once and it is achieved, I am here to help you make life changes to take forward and continue to practice into the future.
Helping you to understand the neuroscience behind behaviour change and our human behaviour may help you to understand why you do the things/think the things you do.

I have a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree and a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree. I have, and continue to, undertake continued professional development over my 27yrs practice as a Health Care Professions Council registered Chartered Physiotherapist. I believe strongly in the importance of keeping up to date and working from a sound evidence base. I have coaching quailifications and working towards ICF accreditation. I meet the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisation good practice guidelines and code of conduct.
